Defending People Accuses of Sexual Offenses
We represent people who are accused of sexual offenses, including Megan’s law cases, in New Jersey. These offenses include lewdness, rape, internet predation, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a minor, luring, sodomy, child pornography, prostitution, promoting prostitution, wrongful sexual touching and indecent exposure.
Our twenty-five years of representing alleged sex offenders has shown:
- There is really no way to generalize about the people who are accused of criminal sexual activity. They can be young or old, rich or poor, male or female, personable or anti–social, black, white, yellow green or blue; and
- People who are accused of any sex crime need an experienced lawyer. They need an attorney who is sensitive to the human dynamics involved in these cases, and who will work hard toward a just resolution.
We understand the fear, embarrassment and anxiety that accompany these charges. We can provide assistance. If we can help you or someone you love,
contact us to learn how we may help. All consultations are strictly confidential.
