In most cases, we advance the expenses involved in litigating the case. If we expect you to advance the expenses, we will tell you so, directly. In some cases, we may feel that a particular matter requires the resources of a larger or more specialized firm. In such a case, we will help you find such a firm, should you wish.

When a landlord with no liability insurance is sued by a tenant who claims plaster fell on her head, when an uninsured dentist is sued for malpractice, when an employer is sued for wrongfully firing an employee, we can help.
