Juvenile Offenses and Juvenile Court in New Jersey

Representing juveniles is one of the most rewarding services we provide, because the juvenile justice system is geared toward rehabilitation, not punishment. In addition to educating family members about the case, we help the family understand the role that parents and siblings can play in getting the juvenile out of detention and KEEPING the juvenile out of trouble. We appear in juvenile courts in all New Jersey counties.

Some juveniles' problems arise in school. Often, the students are suspended or expelled from school. We represent juveniles at school suspension and expulsion hearings. Call us with any questions you have.

Our fees begin at $2,500 for representation in NJ Juvenile Court, $1,000 for a school board hearing. We charge $250 for an office consultation; the juvenile should be present, if possible. If you decide to retain our office, you will receive full credit for the consultation fee.
